FireTeam556 Suppressor

Designed and produced in collaboration with B&T USA, the FireTeam556 blends the renowned sound performance of the Vanish556 with the ultra-durable construction of Inconel 718 in a more compact package. The FireTeam556’s Direct Metal Laser Sintering manufactured body enables internal geometries and flow paths not achievable through traditional methods, enhancing gas management, sound attenuation, and long-term durability. Utilizing B&T USA’s advanced simulation software systems, physical prototyping, and sound metering apparatuses the FireTeam556 was refined to incorporate venting architecture that directs expanding gases and concussive force into controlled bypass off the bore axis, reducing back-pressure and minimizing gas blowback for improved shooter comfort and reliability during sustained fire. Repeated testing of different geometric configurations resulted in a perceivably reduced flash signature. Inconel 718 delivers outstanding resistance to thermal deformation, oxidation, and erosion, ensuring consistent performance under demanding duty cycles and harsh environments. The material’s inherent corrosion resistance makes the FireTeam556 well suited to a gamut of environmental conditions where reliability is non-negotiable. By eliminating welded seams and conventional joints, the unit’s single-piece construction reduces potential failure points and maximizes structural integrity. Finished in a rugged protective coating of  CERAKOTE® C-102 Graphite Black  for abrasion and environmental wear resistance, the FireTeam556 maintains both form and function under hard use.
