Based in Wake Forest, North Carolina, City Armory provides armory and gunsmith services for local shooters and out-of-state customers. Don’t live nearby but still want to use our Armory Services? You can ship your firearm to us.
Service Charges & Terms
- We reserve the right to refuse any work that our armorer deems would make the firearm unsafe.
- We will not remove or disconnect any firearm safety and/or any component that would cause the firearm to violate federal and/or state laws.
- Service prices do not include parts or materials.
- Service prices are subject to change depending on the difficulty of the job.

Cerakote Services in Wake Forest, NC
We’re factory-trained and certified Cerakote applicators. From single-color duty guns to patterned rifles and themed builds, we coat for real-world use – not just photos.

We don’t chase unsafe “race” setups. Our trigger work is focused on clean breaks, consistent pulls, and safe, reliable operation.

How to Ship Your Firearm to City Armory
Before you ship, contact us so we can confirm details and current turnaround times. We routinely accept shipped firearms for armory work from across North Carolina and out of state.
Make sure the firearm is unloaded and packed securely. Do not ship ammunition in the same box. Include your contact information, phone number, email, and return shipping address inside the box, along with a copy of your driver’s license (or FFL, if applicable).
Firearms are returned to the original sender or to a licensed dealer, as required by law.
